Terms and Conditions

By accepting our service, you (the client) are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing; failure to pay in full may result in collection efforts, service refusal for future bookings, and/or legal action where applicable.

The following payment options are available:

  • Credit card or online bank transfer (I will send an invoice & create a payment link for you)

  • PayPal (I will send you an invoice)

  • Venmo

  • Cash

Scheduling

We strive to accommodate your preferred date and time for cleaning. While rescheduling is always welcome, we kindly ask that cancellations be avoided whenever possible. Last-minute cancellations (the day before or day of) may result in restrictions on future bookings unless there is a valid reason.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion in order to maintain a safe and professional environment. This may include situations involving safety concerns, health risk, or when a project exceeds our current capacity.

We do not refuse service on the basis of race, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or any other protected class under applicable law.

This policy primarily applies to scheduled appointments. If important details that may impact safety, health, or the scope of work are not disclosed in advance, it may result in refusal or cancellation of service at the time of arrival.

Property Condition

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline service upon arrival if the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking.
