Liability Waiver & Service Agreement

By booking and accepting our cleaning services, you (the client) agree to the following:

1. General Liability
We take great care in providing high-quality cleaning services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues that arise due to improper installation, age, or condition of items within the property.

2. Breakage & Damage
While we handle your property with care, accidental damage may occasionally occur. Any incidents must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion. We are not responsible for:

  • Items that are fragile, improperly secured, or of high value unless disclosed prior to service

  • Damage resulting from unstable fixtures, loose items, or improper mounting

3. High-Risk or Hazardous Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we encounter unsafe or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, mold, pests, etc.)

  • Structural hazards or unsafe environments

  • Aggressive pets or unsecured animals

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the condition of the property

  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to service

  • Ensure safe access to the property and utilities (water, electricity)

5. Satisfaction & Claims
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid for the service provided.

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to safety concerns, health risks, undisclosed conditions, or situations beyond our scope of work.

8. Agreement
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this liability waiver and service agreement.
